Strategy basis for retirement homes in Zurich

Project overview

The foundation aims to develop a sustainable real estate strategy across its portfolio of 34 housing developments in various locations in Zurich. Current, systematic status information and energy indicators are currently not available, in particular for the oldest developments, which have a more significant need for maintenance.

Our services

Status survey for all buildings in 12 housing developments, capture of energy consumption data for all 34 housing developments, energy consumption benchmarking, consolidation of building and energy status, proposal of maintenance and repair projects at different levels of intervention, prioritisation of projects and division into phases.
