Tino Edelmann

Tino Edelmann knows the real estate business inside out. After an apprenticeship as a draughtsman, he trained as a civil engineer at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences ZHAW. After several years of practical experience as a project, construction and overall manager, Tino Edelmann completed an MBA in Real Estate Management, equipping him with the necessary knowledge to manage real estate portfolios. He has been part of the Stratus team at Basler & Hofmann since 2021 and offers comprehensive portfolio consulting services for the public sector.  This includes condition assessments, determining financial requirements for maintenance and repairs, long-term cost forecasts and investment planning, as well as consulting for developing real estate strategies and reducing the CO2 impact of portfolios.

What fascinates you about your work?

Dealing with a wide variety of building portfolios and having the opportunity to develop the basis for strategically important decisions together with our clients, which makes my work very versatile and varied.

What kind of project do you enjoy the most?

When we can use our expertise and our portfolio management software Stratus to lay the foundations for sustainable real estate portfolios at an early stage.
