Daniela Zollinger has been fascinated by building from an early age. She completed her apprenticeship in structural draughtsmanship and has many years of professional experience in the fields of structural engineering, real estate consulting, construction management and facility management. Her broad professional experience has given her an understanding of the construction and real estate industry in all its facets. She also completed a part-time MAS in Facility Management, which she completed in 2007. Since January 2020, Daniela Zollinger has been working as a project manager for condition surveys in the Stratus team at Basler & Hofmann.
What fascinates you about your work?
The diversity and history of the real estate that I get to experience during my condition surveys. It's great to be able to carry the history of buildings into the future with my work. I also appreciate the close contact with our clients.
When do you particularly enjoy a project?
When I can develop reliable solutions for our clients as a practical person with a sense of what is feasible.
