After working for over 15 years on projects for hotels, shopping malls and residential buildings for architectural firms in Lucerne, the architect and quantity surveyor joined Basler & Hofmann in 2007 as a project manager in the area of overall planning and client consulting. Stefan Lüthi advises and supports clients and real estate owners in all phases of real estate management and development – from initial status surveys to the development of real estate strategies. He also works as a quantity surveying expert for Swiss-wide competitions and as a commissioned real estate manager for structural construction for aramsuisse Immobilien Bern. His hobbies include cooking, dancing and outings in the mountains.

What other job could you imagine doing – and why?
Off the top of my head: SAC hut warden in our beautiful mountains! I love "untouched" nature.
