Real estate strategy

In order to successfully manage a portfolio, property owners need a clear strategy for each individual object. We develop this real estate strategy for our customers in a structured, four-stage process that covers everything from object rating to the investment plan. In a first stage, the structural condition of the building is assessed and strategic aspects such as the location, potential and space requirements are recorded in an object rating. A basic strategy is assigned to each object. This is firmed up into an object strategy with an action plan via strategic planning, if necessary. Within this object strategy, we develop refurbishment packages and estimate the financial requirements. Finally, the investment plan summarises all the building measures and prioritises the repairs.

Everything from one supplier

Thanks to our broad interdisciplinary set of skills and expertise, we are able to rapidly answer any questions that are thrown up during the course of the strategy process. We develop strategy scenarios and carry out specific investigations as required, for example on building technology, fire protection systems or mobility and environmental issues.
